Google Ads Management in Coimbatore: How We Run Your Account, Week by Week
Google Ads management in Coimbatore is the ongoing job of building, checking and adjusting your ad account so the budget goes to searches that can become customers. With us that means a set routine: tracking is tested before launch, search terms are reviewed every week, structure and bids are adjusted every fortnight, and you get a plain report each month. The account stays in your name, and our fee is quoted once we have looked at your goals in a free audit.
This page explains how we manage an account, not why you should advertise. If you are still deciding whether paid search suits you, start with our Google Ads agency in Coimbatore overview, or see everything we do on the Xtrodinry home page.
We are a new agency, so there are no client case studies here. Instead you will find the exact steps, settings and checks we use, plus clearly labelled examples with the maths shown.

Which jobs make up a managed account?
Management is six recurring jobs. Setting up a campaign once is only the first of them.
- Account structure. Campaigns and ad groups arranged by service and area, so each budget line has one clear purpose.
- Measurement. Conversion actions for form submissions, phone calls and WhatsApp taps, tested before any money is spent.
- Search terms. A weekly read of the real queries people typed, with irrelevant ones blocked as negatives.
- Ads and assets. Headlines, descriptions, sitelinks, call and location assets rewritten as the data shows what people respond to.
- Bids and budgets. Daily budgets moved towards the campaigns that bring enquiries, and bid strategies changed only when there is enough data.
- Reporting. One monthly report in plain English, plus a short call if you want one.
What happens in the first 30 days?
A new account, or one we take over, follows the same four-week plan. Nothing goes live until week three.
Week 1: access and audit
You add us to your account (or we help you create one in your name). We review the existing set-up, look at your website and Business Profile, and agree what counts as a lead.
Week 2: tracking first
We install or check the Google tag through Google Tag Manager, create conversion actions, switch on auto-tagging and link Google Analytics 4. Every action is tested with a real form fill and a test call.
Week 3: build and review
Campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads and a starting negative list are built. Google reviews new ads before they run; its help page says most are reviewed within one business day.
Week 4: launch and first clean-up
Ads go live on a modest budget. After the first few days we read the search terms report, add negatives and fix any ad that was limited or disapproved.
What does the ongoing routine look like?
After launch the work settles into a fixed calendar, so you always know what was checked and when.
| How often | What we do | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Every week | Search terms review, negative keywords, budget pacing, disapproved ads | Stops money leaking into unrelated searches early |
| Every two weeks | Ad copy tests, asset updates, bid adjustments by device, area and hour | Small, steady changes based on what the data shows |
| Every month | Report, landing page notes, conversion action health check | Lets you judge the month on enquiries, not clicks |
| Every quarter | Structure review, new campaign ideas, keyword research refresh | Keeps the account matched to your services and seasons |
How is a well-organised account laid out?
Google organises every account into three layers: the account, campaigns and ad groups. Budgets, locations and schedules are set at campaign level; keywords and ads sit inside ad groups. We keep one service per ad group so the ad text matches the search closely.
Example (illustrative, not a client result): a physiotherapy clinic in Saibaba Colony
- Campaign 1, Search, 8 km radius: ad groups for back pain treatment, sports injury physio and home visit physio.
- Campaign 2, Search, brand: the clinic name, kept separate so brand searches do not hide the true cost of new patients.
- Campaign 3, Performance Max (later): only after the Search campaigns have recorded enough enquiries for Google’s bidding to learn from.
We start most keywords on phrase or exact match, then widen only where the search terms report shows that broad match finds useful new queries.
Which campaign type fits which Coimbatore business?
Each campaign type reaches people at a different moment. Here is how we match them to common local situations.

| Campaign type | Where it shows | Usually suits |
|---|---|---|
| Search | Google results for the words people type | Clinics, repair services, coaching centres and B2B suppliers with clear search demand |
| Performance Max | Search, YouTube, Display, Discover, Gmail and Maps from one campaign | Businesses with solid conversion data, or online shops with a product feed |
| Maps visibility | Location assets linked to your Business Profile, used inside Search or Performance Max | Showrooms, restaurants and outlets that want directions and walk-ins |
| Display | Image ads on websites and apps (Google is moving Display into Demand Gen in 2026) | Reminding past visitors; rarely a first campaign for a small budget |
| YouTube and Demand Gen | YouTube, Shorts, Discover, Gmail and the Display Network | New products, events, admissions or brands that need to be seen before people search |
For a first campaign with a limited budget, we nearly always recommend Search alone. Our lead generation campaigns and Shopping and online store campaigns pages go deeper into those two goals.
How do we handle negative keywords and search terms?
Search terms are the actual queries that triggered your ad, and they often surprise owners. Every week we sort them into three piles: keep, add as a new keyword, or block as a negative.
Our starting negative list for most Coimbatore service businesses includes words such as jobs, salary, vacancy, course, training, free, PDF and DIY, plus nearby towns you do not serve. While researching this page we saw why this matters: Google’s suggestions for “ppc company in coimbatore” mixed advertising agencies with garment-industry production planning jobs, because PPC also means production planning and control in local manufacturing. An unguarded keyword can pay for both.
How do we set up conversion tracking?
This is the order we follow, and each step is checked before the next one.
- Agree the actions. Usually a form submission, a tap on the phone number, a WhatsApp tap and, for shops, a purchase.
- Install the Google tag through Google Tag Manager, so changes do not need a developer each time.
- Create one conversion action per goal in Google Ads and set which ones count towards bidding.
- Turn on auto-tagging, which adds a click ID to each ad click so conversions can be matched to the right ad.
- Link Google Analytics 4 to see what visitors do after landing.
- Test every action with Tag Assistant and a real enquiry, then check that it appears in the account.
Which tools do we use, and what for?
- Google Ads. The account itself: campaigns, bids, budgets, assets and the search terms report.
- Keyword Planner. Inside Google Ads; used to estimate search interest and bid ranges before we build ad groups.
- Google Analytics 4. Shows engagement on your site after the click and lets us compare paid visits with other channels.
- Google Tag Manager. Holds the tags and triggers for forms, calls and WhatsApp taps in one place.
- Google Search Console. Shows which searches already bring you free visits, so we avoid paying for clicks you would get anyway.
- Looker Studio. Turns Google Ads and GA4 data into the one-page monthly report you receive.
How do we plan a monthly budget?
We work backwards from the number of enquiries you want, using your own figures wherever possible. Google allows a campaign to spend up to twice its average daily budget on a busy day, but caps the month at about 30.4 times the daily amount.
Example (illustrative, not a client result): the maths, step by step
- Average daily budget: ₹1,000 → monthly cap about ₹1,000 × 30.4 = ₹30,400.
- Assumed average cost per click: ₹25 → about ₹30,400 ÷ 25 = 1,216 clicks.
- Assumed share of clicks that enquire: 5% → about 1,216 × 0.05 = 61 enquiries.
- Cost per enquiry: ₹30,400 ÷ 61 ≈ ₹498. If one in five enquiries becomes a customer, each customer costs about ₹2,490 in ad spend.
The cost per click and enquiry rate here are assumptions for the arithmetic only. Real figures come from Keyword Planner estimates before launch and from your own account after it.
What is in the monthly report?
One page, sent in the first week of each month, written so you can read it in five minutes:
- Spend, clicks and cost per click, compared with last month
- Enquiries by type (form, call, WhatsApp) and cost per enquiry
- The search terms we blocked and the new keywords we added
- Ads that won and lost their tests
- What we will change next month, and anything we need from you, such as photos or offer details
If enquiries rise but sales do not, we ask you to share which leads were useful. That feedback improves targeting more than any setting.
Who owns the account, and what happens if we part ways?
You do. The account is created under your business email, with your payment method, and you keep admin access. We join as a user (or link our manager account) with the access level we need, which you can change or remove at any time from the access and security settings.
If you move on, we hand over a short note listing every campaign, conversion action, tag and audience, then remove our own access. Your history, data and billing stay with you.
How is our management fee worked out?
Our website carries no rate card for account management. Each quote reflects the size of the job: the count of campaigns and target areas, the landing pages involved, and whether measurement must be built from scratch. You receive it by email once the free audit is done. Google bills your media budget straight to your card or bank account, so that money never passes through us.
On 18 October 2026 we read the page-one results for “Google Ads management in Coimbatore”. Several agencies there publish flat monthly fees, kept separate from ad spend, so ask any agency you speak to whether its fee is flat or a percentage of spend.
What did our research on Coimbatore searches show?
Before writing this page we checked free signals ourselves on 18 October 2026:
- Google autocomplete for India offered no suggestions for “google ads management in coimbatore”, but the shorter “google ads management” returned services, pricing, near me and small business variations. People research the service first and add the city later.
- “PPC services in Coimbatore” did return a local suggestion, so we use that wording too.
- Page-one listings leaned heavily on certifications and fast-lead claims. We have neither to show yet, so we show our process instead.
If you would rather grow free traffic alongside paid clicks, our SEO team in Coimbatore works from the same research.

We look at search terms and budget pacing every week, test ads and adjust bids every two weeks, report monthly and review structure quarterly. New accounts get extra attention in their first month.
Yes. It is set up in your name with your payment method and you keep admin access. We work as an added user, and you can remove us whenever you like.

Yes, if you can spare time each week to read search terms, add negatives and check tracking. Many owners start themselves and hire help once the budget or the number of campaigns grows.
