Terms of Service

01. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules for using https://www.xtrodinry.com/ and for working with Xtrodinry ("Xtrodinry", "we", "us") as a client.

By browsing the site, sending us an enquiry or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to these Terms. If a signed proposal or agreement says something different, that document takes priority for the engagement it covers.

02. Services We Offer

Xtrodinry is a digital marketing agency in Coimbatore. Depending on the agreed scope, our work can include:

• Search engine optimisation (SEO) and local SEO, including Google Business Profile work
• Google Ads campaign setup and management
• Meta Ads and social media marketing
• Content marketing
• Website design and development
• AEO and GEO (AI search optimisation)
• Photography

The exact deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in the proposal or invoice we share with you.

03. No Guaranteed Rankings or Results

Search engines and ad platforms decide rankings, reach and ad delivery using their own systems, which change often and are outside our control. We therefore do not promise any specific ranking position, traffic level, number of leads or sales figure.

We commit to doing the agreed work carefully and reporting on it honestly. Any money you spend on advertising is paid to the platform (for example Google or Meta) and is separate from our fees.

04. Client Responsibilities

To let us deliver on time, you agree to:

• Give us accurate and complete information about your business
• Provide the access we need to your website, ad accounts, analytics and listings
• Review and approve drafts, campaigns and changes within a reasonable time
• Make sure you own, or have permission to use, any logos, photos, text or other material you send us

Delays in access or approvals can shift timelines, and we are not responsible for issues caused by information you supplied.

05. Payment Terms

• Fees are as stated in our proposal or invoice, plus applicable taxes
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each billing period
• Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them
• If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until the account is brought up to date
• Advertising spend on third-party platforms is billed to you directly by those platforms, not by us

06. Intellectual Property

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, such as website designs, written content and ad creatives.

Xtrodinry keeps ownership of its own tools, templates, processes and know-how used to produce that work. We will only mention your business or show your project in our portfolio if you give us permission.

07. Confidentiality

Both sides agree to keep the other's non-public business information private, use it only for the engagement, and not share it with others except where required by law or needed to deliver the services (for example with a platform we are running ads on).

08. Third-Party Platforms

Much of our work runs on services owned by other companies, including Google, Meta, website hosts and analytics tools. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions or ad disapprovals, though we will help you respond where we can.

09. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Xtrodinry's total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or loss of business opportunity.

10. Termination

Either party may end a monthly retainer by giving 30 days' written notice, unless the proposal states a different notice period.

On termination, fees for work already completed, and for the notice period, remain payable. We will hand over any paid-for deliverables and return account access to you.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes do not alter the terms of a proposal you have already accepted unless both parties agree.
